TIP #2 Avoid Sugar and Caffeine
Sugary foods not only add on the pounds, but they also can be sensitive to acne prone skin.
TIP #3 Protein
I don’t take whey protein powders, I like to keep my protein in its natural form of fish, and poultry. I love salmon. It has essential fatty acids as well as Omega 3.
TIP #4 WATER
Water is vital for our system and our overall health. Water is the most natural way to hydrate your skin. Drink at least 10 glasses a day. (I need to do better)
TIP #5 Avocado
Yes, it has fatty acids in it that are not BAD for you! It’s a healthy kind of fat and filled with Glutathione (prevents aging, cancer and heart disease)
